Peter Mountain

Peter Mountain has spent a lifetime in Estate Agency. Starting after leaving school in 1969 Peter has spent his entire working life in the Cornmarket in Louth as a Partner in a successful multi office independent firm which sold out to the corporates in 1998. Peter left in 1996 to set up on his own.

Peter is a Chartered Surveyor and a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents having qualified as a member of the RICS in 1972.

Peter is a Louth man through and through, both his parents and grandparents having been in business in the town. In over 35 years of practice he has acquired a tremendous breadth of knowledge and experience in the town and surrounding district and has a knowledge of the local market which is second to none.

Kerry Coggle

Kerry's involvement in Estate Agency in Louth is almost as long as Peter's. Kerry also started in 1969 and had been employed by two local firms before joining Peter in 1997 becoming a partner in 1998. Kerry has spent his entire working life in residential sales and is according to his partner "the best estate agent I have ever known".

Kerry is also an Associate Member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Marie Butler

Marie is the engine room of the business being the firms Secretary and Word Processing specialist. Marie also looks after the administration and her quiet efficiency ensures the smooth running of the business.

Yvonne Hutton

A receptionist/negotiator Yvonne joined the Company very soon after it opened in 1997 and had 10 years experience in Louth before then. "Vonnie" has huge patience and great tact both pre-requisites for the successful estate agent.

Sandie Carter

Sandie has been with the firm since 2001 originally conducting viewings of property but now as a receptionist/negotiator she is an enthusiastic member of the team, a real "people person", a very necessary quality for a good negotiator.
